SAINTS' on-form packman Curtis Sironen has been banned for two matches after the Match Review Panel looked at his high tackle in the Castleford game.

Sironen, who had a fine game overall, was yellow carded for the second half incident.

After picking up a series of suspensions in the early part of his Saints career, the powerful Australian has been more disciplined of late.

He has been charged with a Grade B high tackle and handed a two-match penalty notice will miss the games at Hull and at home to Hull KR.

The panel's notes state: "High Tackle – Reckless – Tried to tackle but reckless about outcome, Grade B."

Sione Mata'utia returns from a three-match suspension this week.
