PLANS have been submitted seeking to convert an office into a bar.
Proposals have been drawn up by applicant Paul Harding seeking planning permission for a change of use of a ground floor office at 99 Duke Street, St Helens.
The premises is occupied by Prestige Skills.
Plans say that there will be two full-time and three part-time employees at the site.
The establishment would have opening hours of 3pm to 12.30am every day.
Plans are on consultation to the public until Thursday, August 18, with a determination deadline set for September 19.
