ONE of St Helens’ oldest pubs is set to be sold at auction.
The Lamb, which also includes living accommodation, has a guide price of £210,000.
It has been listed for sale by Auction House North West and an online auction will take place between July 19 and July 21.
The pub on Corporation Street in St Helens town centre was originally built around 1854.
It underwent a refurbishment after the pandemic hit, and had reopened its doors last September. However, a new owner for the building has been sought since earlier this year.
The building comprises of a lounge and bar area, two kitchens and toilets on the ground floor.
Additionally there is access to the cellar with cooling equipment and storage areas.
On the first floor there is a three bedroom flat and possible studio flat and two bathrooms.
