A MAN attended Whiston Hospital with serious injuries after he was stabbed.
Police say that the man presented himself to the hospital with "serious stab wounds" on Sunday morning, June 19.
His injuries were not life-threatening.
Police are investigating the circumstances of the stabbing and where it took place.

A Cheshire Police spokeswoman said: "At 6.26am on Sunday, June 19, officers were made aware that a 39-year-old man from Liverpool had presented at hospital with serious stab wounds.
"His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
"An investigation is now underway to establish the circumstances surrounding his injuries."
