BURGLARS snatched four bikes and equipment from a house garage in a night-time break-in.

Four bicycles, bike parts and a helmet were reported stolen from a garage on Gorsey Lane, Bold after it was broken into overnight between Sunday evening and Monday morning (June 12 and 13).

Two of the bikes have since been recovered, and officers are seeking to recover the other that were stolen.

These are a black Cervelo S5 Road bike and a black and a red On-One free ranger gravel bike.

Also stolen were a dark grey Cervelo R5 road bike frame, Zipp 808 wheel set made from carbon steel and a black and orange Giro aero helmet which is used for time trials.

Officers are appealing for information to retrieve the missing items, including anyone who witnessed the break-in, CCTV and dash camera footage which may assist the investigation.

Inspector Leach said: “I urge anyone who may have seen something suspicious or knows the whereabouts of the stolen items to please contact us so we can bring the offenders to justice.

“The two stolen bikes were a black Cervelo S5 Road bike and a black and a red On-One free ranger gravel bike and the missing bike frame is a dark grey Cervelo R5 road.

“I would urge anyone who may see the bike fitting this description in the picture, or sees it for sale to please contact us.”
