MARK Percival will remain sidelined with the leg injury that has forced him to miss the last two games and the England international.

It is an injury that will be looked at on a week-to-week basis with no timeframe on his absence yet.

Jonny Lomax and Morgan Knowles, who missed the England match, both return to action for the Leeds game on Thursday.

Woolf said: "Mark Percival won't feature this week. He has had a niggle and something going on for a numbe rof weeks.

"It was one that we thought might improve quicker than what it has, but it hasn't.

"We are not going to take a significant risk with him.

"It is a little bit of 'see how it is coming along' but we are hopeful for Catalans, but not guaranteed at this stage.

"With the bit of extra time that he's had it will certainly give him a chance."

Lomax, who recently became a father for a second time, has been playing with a bicep injury.

But Shaun Wane said last week that the Saints half back is still very much in his plans despite missing the trial game against the Combined Nations All Stars.

On Lomax Woolf said: "Jonny has had a lot going on with injury and some other things - although positive things - but the best thing for Jonny, both mentally and physically, was to get a break at the weekend.

"That is a decision he has made with Shaun Wane as well.

"Morgan Knowles has been carrying a bit of a niggle for a number of weeks that needed some extra treatment.

"That will allow him to finish the season and finish it really well and also put him in the frame to be in good health and fitness for the end of the year and that is the most important thing."
