A MAN who failed to wear a face covering in a shop last year during coronavirus restrictions has been fined.
Mark Brooks, of Graham Street, Fingerpost, appeared at Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates' Court.
Brooks, 39, admitted to entering premises at 23 Charles Street, the Best One shop, without wearing a face covering on February 18, 2021.
He was fined £66, and made to pay a £34 surcharge, making a total of £100.
