A CAR and a lorry were involved in a crash after a driver became unwell, police say.
The incident happened on Chapel Lane, Eccleston at about 3.50pm on Friday, May 13.
Officers were called to a report of collision involving a car and a lorry.
A police spokesperson said: "It is believed the driver of the car suffered a medical episode behind the wheel.
"He was taken home by officers.
"Chapel Lane was closed whilst emergency services were at the scene and both vehicles were recovered."
