CRANK Road is currently closed after a cyclist fell from his bike after suffering from a "medical episode".
At around 1.20pm today Friday, May 13, officers were called to a report of an incident on Crank Road in Windle, St Helens close to the East Lancs Road.
A man had fallen from his bicycle after suffering from a medical episode.
The man was taken to hospital after the incident.
Crank Road is currently closed whilst officers continue their enquiries and drivers are asked to avoid the area.
