An ambitious development, Railway Hotel will see HMS once again create a modern new build scheme.
Torus says that, following new build projects in Liverpool and Wirral, HMS’ latest construction project will "provide Earlestown with much-needed high quality housing".
Discussing the project, HMS' construction director, John Barrow, said: “This is an exciting project for HMS and one which will completely overhaul a disused site to create something that the community genuinely needs – unique, modern, affordable homes.
"Railway Hotel will see the team create a distinctive housing scheme that will catapult the site of the former Railway Hotel into the 21st century, and I for one, cannot wait to see it complete.”
Chris Bowen, managing director at Torus Developments, added: “HMS is our ‘go-to’ contractor for more complex build projects and Railway Hotel is the latest in a number of successful projects the team have completed, so we’re looking forward to seeing another derelict site brought back to life.”
