FOLLOW-UP plans setting out details of the homes to be built on part of the site of a social club have been submitted.
The Star reported last year when the planning committee approved proposals to redevelop Greenalls Social Club in Eccleston in a bid to save its long-term future.
Councillors granted permission for the partial demolition of the club in Alder Hey Road and the creation of a rear extension, along with 37 parking spaces.
This was despite concerns from some objectors over the los of the bowling green at the site.
Meanwhile, a separate outline application for the creation of five homes (four semi-detached and one detached) and another outline application for eight semi-detached homes were also approved.
Now two reserved matters applications have been sent in to the council in relation to the 13 homes to be built at the site.
Approval is being sought in relation to the appearance, landscaping and scale of the developments.
View the applications here and here.
A determination deadline has been set on the plans for January 28, 2022.
