Frank Wilson scoring against Wigan
WE are halfway through our daily feature on Nostalgia November where we dip into the Saints picture archives to stir a few memories.
In this one Saints' Welsh three-quarter Frank Wilson looks as though he has evaded the cover tackle of Wigan full back George Fairbairn to grab one of his 175 tries in the red vee.
Wilson joined Saints from Cardiff RU in 1968 and provided sterling service on the wing, centre and occasionally at stand off in 310 appearances.
