Plans have been submitted
PLANS have been drawn up to create a pathway for cyclists and pedestrians to connect a park to a housing estate.
The proposals are for a route to be created to join on to other paths in Stadt Moers Park in Whiston.
The application states plans seek "construction of a new 3m wide cycle and walking pathway to link the new active link from the Prescot Park Way Housing estate, under the railway bridge, through the park fields, joining onto the existing routes in the northern section of Stadt Moers Park, Pottery Field.
"Adjacent to the proposed cycle and walking pathway, there is proposed landscaping 1m wide to both sides, including signage, finger posts, and bollards".
A determination deadline on plans is set for November 26.
