Remus-Catalin Mocanu
POLICE have released a picture of a man who is wanted on recall to prison.
Remus-Catalin Mocanu, 43, has breached the terms of his release after previously being sentenced for theft.
He is 6ft 2in tall, of proportionate build, with short brown hair.
Mocanu has links to Liverpool, Wirral and St Helens.
A police statement read: "If you see Mocanu or hold any information, contact us via @MerPolCC on Twitter ‘Merseyside Police Contact Centre’ on Facebook, or call 101 with reference 21000674173.
