A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of drug driving after a car ended up overturned after crashing into a parked vehicle.
The Star reported earlier today after a Ford Ka crashed into a parked Vauxhall Corsa at the junction of Newton Road and Broad Oak Road in Parr.

Police have since confirmed they have arrested a 34-year-old man on suspicion of drug driving following the crash.
A Merseyside Police spokeswoman said: "We were contacted at 7.50am today, Monday, October 11, to reports a Ford Ka had been in collision with a parked Vauxhall Corsa at the junction of Newton Road and Broad Oak Road and the Ka was on its roof.
"The ambulance was called but there are no reports of anyone being seriously injured.
"A 34 year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drug driving and released under investigation.
"Enquiries remain ongoing."
