FRESH from their main stage performance at Neighbourhood Weekender, The K’s have announced their biggest show to date.

The hotly-tipped Earlestown rockers, who are frontman vocalist/rhythm guitarist Jamie Boyle, Dexter Baker on bass, lead guitarist Ryan Breslin and Jordan Holden on drums, will be playing a headline gig at Warrington’s Parr Hall on December 16.

It comes just months after the four-piece joined the Solo Music Agency whose roster features the likes of Beyoncé, U2, Lady Gaga, James and Madonna.

Frontman Jamie said: “We’re absolutely buzzing to be headlining the Parr Hall. After watching bands like the Libertines and the Stone Roses there over the years, it’s become such an iconic venue to us and so many others around the town.

“It’s something we’ve wanted to do since way before we were even in a band so we are ecstatic to be headlining it later this year. Tickets will fly and it’ll be a night to remember.”

The K’s have been making waves since their debut single, Sarajevo, was an instant hit on Spotify in 2017.

Earlier this year they penned a film soundtrack for the Quadrophenia follow-up, To Be Someone, with their Jam and Who-influenced sound deemed perfect for the movie’s celebration of mod culture and music.

The K’s play Warrington Parr Hall on Thursday, December 16 at 7pm. Tickets at £15 are available from parrhall.culturewarrington.org or via the box office on 01925 442345.
