A PLANNING application has been submitted seeking formal approval for the conversion of a clothing shop into a dog groomers.
Applicant Sarah Clough sent in plans to St Helens Council to change the use of the premises at 70 Dunriding Lane, West Park.
Works on the change of use already began on August 16 with new signage in place, the application states.
Plans state the sought permission is for “change of use only” with “no structural or physical changes apart from the new external signage which will replace the existing in the exact location. Current use is a clothing shop, proposed is a dog groomers”.
The plans are on standard consultation to the public until Friday, September 24. A determination deadline has been set for October 26.
