Upon police's arrival, a "number of males" made off, but left a quad bike behind, which was recovered by officers.

After examination by the Stolen Vehicle Squad, police say it was confirmed the bike had been stolen in a burglary in 2016.

Further details of the incident have not yet been disclosed.
