A MAN has been charged with causing the death of a 19-year-old passenger by dangerous driving.
Four men were inside a black Lexus car that struck a number of parked vehicles at the junction of Vista Road and Queens Road, Haydock on the night of Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at around 8.40pm.
A rear seat passenger in the Lexus, a 19-year-old man from St Helens, was taken to hospital but later died.
He was named as Adam Edwards.

The driver of the vehicle and two other passengers were taken to hospital with injuries following the crash.
Andrew Price, 27, has been charged with offences in connection with the incident including causing the death of Adam by dangerous driving.
Price, of Southworth Road, Newton-le-Willows is also charged with causing death by driving a vehicle without insurance and with one count of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
He is also charged with possession of a Stanley knife at Aintree University Hospital on December 12, 2019.
The 27-year-old is due to appear at Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates' Court today (Friday, July 30, 2021).
