POLICE have issued an image of a man who may have information after a phone was stolen following a crash on the East Lancashire Road.
A man was involved in a collision near Haydock Island on East Lancashire Road at around 7.30pm on Friday, July 16.
Nobody was injured in the collision, but the victim had his phone stolen from the top of his boot after getting out of his car to check the damage.

The incident took place close to the Shell Garage.
Constable Alexa Collins said: “We think the man pictured may have information to assist these enquiries, so if you know who is he please let us know.
“Whether you contact us directly or anonymously please get in touch to help find the person responsible and bring them to justice.”
