A NINETEEN-YEAR-OLD man was summonsed to court after police seized an off-road scrambler bike.
Targeted Officers stopped and recovered the vehicle on Monday afternoon, June 14, in Parr.

The 19-year-old was summonsed in relation to a series of alleged driving offences.
