BROTHERS Burgers is opening its Warrington branch today, Tuesday, for sit-in customers - and to celebrate 200 burgers are being given away.

Until now, only takeaway and delivery options have been available at the Bold Street eatery due to lockdown restrictions.

But as part of the next step in Boris Johnson's Covid 'roadmap', the burger restaurant can now fully open as the hospitality sector relaunches.

Brothers will open at 11.30am when 200 cheeseburgers will be offered free on a first-come first-served basis.

Brothers Darren and Steven Leigh launched the popular brand in St Helens in 2018 and even won North West Takeaway of the Year at the beginning of 2020.

They chose Warrington to expand their 'dirty burger' chain as it was the 'next rugby town along' and they liked the feel of the Cultural Quarter.

Brothers can be found in Bold Street where Barnum’s Dance used to be.
