HERE is a look at some road closures in place across St Helens during this week:
Piele Road, Haydock
There will be a closure on Piele Road due to highway maintenance work.
It will be in place from Wednesday, May 19 to Thursday, May 20 (7pm-5am) as the carriageway is resurfaced.
The closure is at the junction with the A580 East Lancashire Road.

Green Leach Lane, Haresfinch
There will be a closure on Green Leach Lane for resurfacing works.
This will be from Thursday, May 20 to Friday, May 21 (7pm-5am) at the junction with the A580 East Lancashire Road.

There will be a closure on Crank Road for cabling works.
This will be on Thursday, May 20 for BT cabling for a new connection
The closure will be from Beacon Cottage to Shaley Brow Cottage.
