A MAN who admitted to three assaults, including a charge of ABH, has been sentenced.
Phillip O’Neale, of Devoke Avenue, Clinkham Wood appeared at Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates’ Court.
O’Neale, 36, indicated guilty pleas to assault by beating of a female, assault of a police officer and to assault occasioning actual bodily harm on a male.
He committed the assaults on February 21.

O’Neale was sentenced to a community order.
He must have treatment for alcohol dependency, participate in a Building Better Relationships programme for 33 days and do up to 35 days of rehabilitation activity.
The 36-year-old was fined £400, made to pay a £95 surcharge, £85 in costs to the CPS. He was also made to pay £100 in compensation for the assault of the officer.
This made a total of £680.
