IT looks like a physical mismatch, with Saints' giant Aussie centre Mal Meninga fending his Warrington opposite number Paul Cullen.
But Cullen was as dogged and as game as they came as indicated by his determination to grab a bit of Meninga's fending arm.
The action , captured by Eddie Whitham, is from Saints' 30-28 win over the Wire on 31 March, 1985.
After a mid-season wobble Saints were back pushing Hull KR for the title.
This proved to be a tough match, Saints trailing 14-4 at the break before coming through with the win.
Andy Platt, then aged 21, was the star of the show with four tries.
The crowd at Knowsley Road that afternoon was 5,918.
