THE case of a man who died in a car outside a supermarket has been referred to the coroner, police have confirmed.
Merseyside Police say the man, who was aged in 70s, died in a vehicle at the car park of Morrisons' Baxters Lane store last week.
Ambulance and police were called to the incident at about 3.10pm on Sunday, February 21.

Following the policce enquiries, the man's death is not being treated as suspicious.
A police spokesperson said that following an investigation, the non-suspicious death of a man in his 70s has been passed to the coroner.
