A MAN who dumped a large pile of black bin bags in an alley has been fined.
Connor Haggerty, of Tennyson Street, Sutton Manor appeared at Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Court on February 15, 2021.
Haggerty, 23, indicated a guilty plea to dumping the black bags on the alley to the rear of another property on Tennyson Street on or around December 14, 2018.

The 23-year-old was fined £173, made to pay a £32 surcharge and £195 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, making a total of £400 for the offence which was in breach of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
Haggerty's guilty plea was taken into account during sentencing.
