TWO vagrants who were found at a waste recycling centre intending to steal have been sentenced.
Christopher Griffiths and Andrew Worrall appeared at Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates' Court.

Griffiths, 31, and Worrall, 34, both pleaded guilty to being in an enclosed area at Ravenhead Waste Reception Centre on Burtonhead Road with intent to steal on July 9 last year, contrary to The Vagrancy Act of 1824.
Griffiths, of Queensland Avenue, Thatto Heath was fined £40 for the offence, made to pay a £34 surcharge and £45 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, making a total of £119.

Worrall, of Cleveland Street, Peasley Cross was also made to pay the same amounts.
