Trees
I HAVE been a keen walker in St Helens for many years, but I find it increasingly difficult to find beautiful open spaces with trees, flowers and bushes.
Over the past year, there have been a series of new housing estates built. The birds need trees to forage in and to nest; I can see no trees near Morrisons in Sutton because of new housing estates and now today they have pulled down more trees.
Thousands of trees need to be planted to offset this.
