WITH a third coronavirus lockdown imposed on England many businesses have had to close their doors again, or operate on a limited basis.

Pubs, restaurants, gyms and hairdressers and salons are among those whose doors will have to stay closed the third lockdown was enforced.

After enduring a devastating 2020, the latest lockdown strikes a further blow to many businesses at the start of the new year.

This isn't unexpected but it's still devastating. For the 4th time in 10 months we have to close our doors, the government is advising stay at home from Monday evening so we won't open our doors tomorrow. Each time we have reopened we have been overwhelmed by the kindness and support of our members. We have sent an email update to members so please check your emails

As a crazy year comes to an end we have to announce the closure of the Eccleston Arms for the foreseeable future. "From all of us here we want to thank everyone who joined us over the festive season and wish you all the best for the new year.

As you'll be aware, England have been placed under a national lockdown until 15th February (at the earliest) - this will have an impact on our Afternoon Tea event, and bookings up to and including Valentines Weekend.

We will be contacting ALL guests who have been booked onto ANY events including New Years Eve, Afternoon Tea, and all reservations to discuss a transfer (refunds are available upon request).

As you can understand, this is a manual process - and we will be doing this in date order. We kindly ask that you do not contact us, as we will contact you first. If you've not heard from us within 14 working days of your planned reservation, then please send us a MESSAGE including your DMN number that'll assist us in sorting the enquiry quicker.

You may be able to cancel your reservation via your confirmation email.
