A man targeted the same Carlisle shop twice in a matter of days to steal alcohol.
Dean Jeoffrey Beaty, of Stonegarth, Morton, admitted two counts of theft when he appear at the magistrates' court in Carlisle yesterday.
The 36-year-old also admitted being drunk and disorderly in Orton Road on September 15.
Both thefts occurred at B&M Bargains – one on October 23, when he stole £80 worth of drink, and the second on October 28 when he took alcohol to the value of £57.
He was fined £40 for each theft and must also pay £135 compensation as well as £85 court costs.
