Beloved Homecare (previously known as 24 hour homecare)

Warrington Guardian:

Outstanding Homecare

Since 2015, we have excelled in providing outstanding home care and support to people in Trafford and surrounding areas.

Our clients continue to live independently within the comfort and familiarity of their own home. As providers of domestic and personal care services we help elderly, convalescing and disabled clients maintain the highest quality of life possible.

Our mission is to remain the best care provider in Trafford in the eyes of the public, clients, healthcare professionals and our staff.

We want to continue to provide outstanding home care service to every single one of our clients present and future.

Technology we use to provide our care.

We issue all our staff with mobile phones which connect them to the PASS System which is an industry-leading home care management system.

This effective system allows us to monitor and check, in real-time, when a carer arrives and leaves a client and to see the notes being made on all aspects of the care plan, including medication and medical condition.

The PASS system is all about ensuring that we provide a service that is delivered with transparency and this system allows us to do just that.

It is an intricate system that can enhance the quality of life of those who are receiving support.

It is home care technology that enables us to deliver our service while helping to minimise many risks that come with working in our industry.

Ultimately, the system can help to save lives and it can reduce medicine mismanagement.

It brings together a system whereby we can actively monitor the care of our clients in a way that enhances efficiency.

It is a cost-effective way of identifying where we can streamline processes, enabling staff to provide a greater level of care through eliminating paperwork while providing updates in real-time.

Jackson Lees

Warrington Guardian:

Seven stages of separation that lead to a new beginning

Separation and divorce is a hard thing for any couple to go through and can be one of the most stressful and upsetting moments of a person’s life. It can feel like you’re all on your own, but everything you might go through is a natural part of the process and knowing where you stand can be the greatest comfort in these trying times.

Rebecca Cliff, Solicitor in the Private Family Law Department at Jackson Lees, explains what she considers to be the seven stages of separation, what they mean for you, and how she can help you through them.

  1. Denial

It is completely normal to think ‘this cannot be happening,’ and reject the notion of separation. Take your time and think about what you are going through. Process each moment and do not rush into any decisions that you may later on regret. Speak to others that may have been in similar situations and remember that you are not alone.

  1. Upset

Ending a relationship is a very upsetting experience to go through. It is an end of an era and you are about to embark on a new journey, so it’s natural to go through emotional turbulence.

  1. Anger

You are going through an extremely traumatic time and you must give yourself time to understand what you are going through. Anger is part of that process. The best advice is to take time: Count to 10 and think before action is taken.

  1. Revenge

As much as it may seem like a good idea at the time, and it has become a cliché around separation, revenge is never the option.  Forget Eastenders and Corrie – this is real life and you need to take time to process your emotions. Give yourself the space you need to do this

  1. Reasoning

‘What I have done wrong?’  ‘What can I do?’   ‘Will changing myself make a difference?’ You may find that these are some of the many questions that can come up. However, there may not be just the one reason as to why a relationship breaks down and it may not be anyone’s fault.

  1. Acceptance

In time, the dust settles and you realise that you are ready to take the next step. This is a brave moment and you should be very proud of yourself.

  1. Seeking legal advice

It’s time to rebuild your life and emerge from the darkness. Talking to someone who is an outsider and seeking advice is the first step to a fresh start. We’re here to help you.

In my work, I’ve seen that every person and every relationship is different, which means that not everyone’s journey is the same. Regardless of where you are on your journey, knowing where you stand can help you make sense of a difficult time in your life. We are here to help you every step of the way with expert legal advice and an empathetic approach.

Since lockdown began, we have remained very much open for business virtually and continue to handle all client cases and new enquiries as if we were in the office. We are able to offer telephone consultations, and, where practical, video meetings.
