A FLY-tipper who dumped a TV stand and mirror in a Padgate Park has received a fine.
Dayle Curran, of Ashley Close in Grappenhall, was sentenced after dumping the items and cardboard waste on Bennetts Recreation Ground on October 9, 2018.
The 31-year-old was also convicted of failing to produce proof of his authority to transport controlled waste to a Warrington Borough Council officer on December 19 last year.
He appeared at Warrington Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday to learn his fate after pleading guilty.
And he was fined £1,819.68 by chair magistrate Peter Hall.
