The statement adds: "The main purpose of placing children and young people with Care Matters is to integrate them into the community, without prejudice or stigma and to address the behaviours and attitudes that have made life difficult for them in the past.
"We will be registered for up to five young people aged eight to 18 years".
Plans add: "The home is located in a community that offers good local amenities.
"The home is staffed by a dedicated team of male and female workers, who are experienced at helping and supporting young people and their families.
A minimum of two staff will be in the home at one time, day or night, with a registered manager on call 24/7.
The plans are on public consultation until Monday, October 19, with a determination deadline set for November 19.
