A THIRTY-ONE-YEAR-OLD man who admitted to two assaults on a woman has been given an electronic curfew.
Lee Martin, of Gordon Street, Leigh has been sentenced at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court.
Martin admitted to two counts of assault by beating relating to incidents on August 30.
He was given a community order.
Martin must have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months and must comply with an electronic curfew for six weeks.
He has also been ordered to take part in a Building Better Relationships course for 27 days and must do up to 10 days of rehabilitation activity.
Martin must also pay a £95 surcharge to victim services and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, making a total of £180.
