A MAN found in possession of a Class A drug has been given a fine.
Paul Gary Adair, of Findlay Street, Leigh indicated a guilty plea at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court to possession of cocaine.
Adair, 46, had the Class A drug on him on June 9 in Ince.
Adair was sentenced by the court for the offence.
He was fined £73, made to pay a £34 surcharge to victim services and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, making a total of £192.
The court ordered for the cocaine to be forfeited under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and destroyed by the police.
