KRISTIAN Woolf has named his Saints 21-man squad for Tuesday's derby clash with Wigan Warriors at Salford's AJ Bell Stadium on Tuesday (7.45pm).

It is the first time the two sides have met this season - and is also coach Woolf's derby debut.

With international centre Mark Percival out with a hamstring injury, Matty Costello returns to the squad with Josh Simm also included.

Simm played the previous two games before the Challenge Cup tie and is likely to get the nod on his past performances.

Joe Batchelor also returns with Jack Ashworth missing out in the only other change.

Jack Welsby, who is deputising for Tommy Makinson on the wing, is included despite going off with a head knock in the Challenge Cup tie.

Makinson again sits this out as he serves the final game of his five match ban.

The game was initially planned for a spectator pilot but that was scuppered by the measures brought in to tackle the Covid surge.
