AN EIGHTEEN-YEAR-OLD man accused of having a pen gun and Class A drugs in his possession has appeared in court.
Jake McBride, of Shaw Lane, Prescot appeared at Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates' Court.
McBride is charged with possession of a firearm, namely a pen gun capable of discharging a single 9mm round on August 10.
He is also charged with possession crack cocaine on the same date and possession of a bladed article.
McBride is also charged with having cannabis in his possession in Huyton and in Prescot.

The case was sent to Liverpool Crown Court.
The 18-year-old has been granted unconditional bail and will next appear in court on Friday, October 2.
