ZEB Taia will come straight back into the Saints second row for Friday's home game against Hull KR.
The experienced second row, who is in his swansong season with the Saints, came off early against the Robins last time out.
But he has recovered from the groin strain and will partner the on-song James Bentley in the second row.
Bentley is free to play after picking up a zero match penalty notice for a dangerous contact in the game against Huddersfield.
Morgan Knowles, who played second row last week, will revert back to loose forward.
Coach Kristian Woolf said: "Zeb has some credit points when it comes to going back on to that left edge, he has done a good job there all year and last.
"But it does make some decisions for the other parts of the team.
Morgan Knowles will play 13 for us – and we will figure out whether Jammer or Matty Lees starts."
