A MAN has admitted to committing fraud by misrepresentation in order to gain computer games, a PlayStation console and a Smartphone.
Anthony Matthew Noblett, of Scholes Lane, Thatto Heath, indicated guilty pleas to six fraud offences dating from December 2018.
Noblett, 31, admitted to committing fraud by dishonestly making a false representation to cause loss to the same person on six occasions.
He committed the offences on December 16, 2018 and on December 26, 2018.
On December 16, Noblett caused a loss of £14.69 in order to gain Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands with Steam Games.
He also caused a loss of £15.49 for The Forest and of £44.99 for Call of Duty Black Ops III Zombies Chronicles Edition.
Noblett accused caused a loss of £50 to his victim twice to gain wallet credit on Steam Games.
The 31-year-old also caused as loss of £49.99 to his victim to gain a Sony PlayStation Classic Console and of £59.99 for a CUBOT J3 Android Go Smartphone from Amazon.

Noblett was given a conditional discharge for 12 months at Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates' Court for the fraud offences, meaning he will not be sentenced unless any further offences are committed within the period.
He was also made to pay £284.14 in compensation.
His guilty pleas were taken into account on sentencing.
