PLANS have been drawn up to create a wellbeing studio for mums and babies.
Proposals have been submitted to the council to change the use of a premises on Wamesley Road, Eccleston by applicant Kellie Kean.
The plans seek permission to convert the property at 103 Walmesley Road into a wellbeing studio.
The application states that previous uses of the premises have been as a betting office or pay day loan shop.
Plans state the property would be used for a "wellbeing studio for mums and babies providing baby massage and yoga, fitness classes and parental advice".
The application says there would be a "maximum of 15 in a class" and that there is car parking space and nearby side roads to park in "without causing any impact to the area.
It adds there would be "no noise impacts to the community".

The plans add: "The change of use does not impact or take away from the local area. It will in fact benefit the local businesses by bringing in more custom and provide a safe hub for parents whilst bringing extra custom for the local businesses.
"It will also benefit the local community by providing wellbeing classes".
Proposed opening hours are 9am to 9pm on Mondays to Fridays and from 9am to 5pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
The premises would offer "one hour classes" and there would be "one to four" classes held throughout a day.
Plans are on consultation until Monday, September 7 with a determination deadline set for October 8.
