WARRINGTON Wolves and Hull Kingston Rovers will meet on neutral ground in Super League tomorrow.

It may be classed as a Wire home game, but coronavirus restrictions dictate that – for now – all games must be played behind closed doors.

Therefore, it will be the bio-secure bubble of Emerald Headingley that will host these two sides...and not for the first time.

The Wire and the Robins will step out in Leeds almost five years to the very day since more than 13,000 fans packed into Headingley to see them battle it out for a place in the 2015 Challenge Cup Final.

With new signing Chris Sandow having jetted in to watch from the stands, it all started so well for Wolves when Ryan Atkins scored after just two minutes.

Unfortunately, that proved the cue for Chris Chester's Rovers to take over.

Either side of half time, they built up a 20-6 lead as Warrington struggled to cope.

Per chance a comeback, though and as Ben Currie and Richie Myler crossed to make it 20-18, it looked on.

However, the Yorkshiremen held their nerve and scored again to win 26-18 and secure their place at Wembley, where they were hammered 50-0 in the final by Leeds Rhinos.
