2020. You have been a year for the history books already, but for families in St Helens 2020 will be extra special as they welcome little ones into their homes.
We want to celebrate our 2020 babies, so we will be asking for newborn pictures throughout the year, with those pictures being added to a special one off supplement at the start of 2021 in the paper to celebrate St Helens' newest residents.
We've already covered our January, February, March, April, May and June babies and now are are looking for people to send in pictures of their July babies and share their birth stories.
So if you have had a baby in July 2020 and want their picture to be included here is what you need to do.
Send us a picture of your newborn along with their full name, date of birth, weight at birth and the area of St Helens you live in using the form below. (For example: Alice Parr from Rainford. Born on 3.7.20 weighing 7lb) and add any more information you want us to know.
Any photographs with missing information will not be included in the gallery in the paper.
July babies will also be featured in a future edition of the paper in the near future.

"Please send in their picture and let us know their name, where in St Helens you live (ie Parr), their date of birth and weight at birth and your birth story if you are brave enough!"
We asked for your responses - this is what you sent.
What is your response? Our not-so-little baby, Tom, was born on 22nd July at Whiston Hospital (5 days overdue) weighing an eye-watering 10lb 10oz. Born via semi-emergency c-section, he had to be weighed twice as no one could believe he was so heavy! Tom joins a small percentage of babies who are born full term weighing over 9lbs. My last baby weighed 7lb 14oz and we expected this baby to be a little bigger, but still average size. His actual size was a complete shock to us all! I had a completely healthy pregnancy and didn't have gestational diabetes, and my bump at full term wasn't overly large; there were no signs that Tom would be as big as he was. We pass on our thanks to the FMAU at Whiston Hospital who realised Tom was going to be a large baby when I was at term + 4 days during an unplanned ultrasound (his movements had reduced and my community midwife sent me for monitoring); even then, he was only predicted to be around 9lb 5oz. The whole team who cared for us, from antenatal, theatre staff and all the midwives on Ward 2E were outstanding in their care of all of us. We pass on our thanks to all involved in making Tom's birth safe and calm. Tom joins big sister, Holly (2.5 years) and is son to Dawn and Barry Weldon.
