A MOTORCYCLIST suffered a leg injury after being hit by a BMW in a crash on Thursday afternoon.
Police were called to Kirkland Street, St Helens at around 2.40pm on Thursday, July 30 after the crash between a BMW and a motorbike.
A police spokeswoman said the motorcyclist, a man, suffered a "slight injury" in the collision, which happened on the road near to the Asda supermarket.

She said: "It was a slight injury road traffic collision involving a BMW car and a motorbike at 2.40pm yesterday.
"The male rider of the bike suffered a leg injury. The driver of the car stopped at the scene."
It is the second collision police have attended on Kirkland Street in as many days after the driver of an Audi had a medical episode at the wheel and crashed into another vehicle and a wall on Wednesday.
