Aldi is recruiting at two of its St Helens stores

The firm confirmed this week it is looking to hire 18 staff in Merseyside between now and Christmas, including in management roles, with salaries of up to £46,385.

Aldi says it is seeking people of all levels of experience to fill roles at its stores across the region.

This includes store assistant roles all the way up to store manager.

In a statement Aldi said that among the sites in the region looking to hire are two stores in St Helens, which have four vacancies each.

These are at Clock Face Road, Clock Face and at Peasley Cross Lane on the  St Helens Retail Park.

The company added: "Aldi already employs more than 900 people at its 30 stores in Merseyside, and is looking to grow its team over the coming months as part of its ongoing expansion plans in the region."
