IN our first tackle, fans have been telling us what they have been missing most about Super League while it's been suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The season resumes this Saturday when St Helens tackle Catalans Dragons at 4.15pm and Huddersfield Giants face Leeds Rhinos, kick-off 6.30pm, both at Headingley.
Here's what's been said:
Olive Whittaker: Missed the buzz and excitement it brings plus meeting our rugby friends for a drink and a chat ..
Zena Davies: Cant wait seeing jammer is a bonus back home
Wayne Harrison: Had nowhere to go on a Friday night with no games on at the TWS. Do you know what it’s been like having to talk to the wife over the last four months.
Lynda Lawton: Fantastic that it's back but if you haven't got sky tv not much good to a lot of people x
Graham Thorniley: The whole social mix the pub before and after the game the away days in Yorkshire and France can't wait for it to return
Marie Nixdorf Sutch: The excitement, shouting and singing, aswell as standing with friends you only see at the rugby.
