A LARGE fire broke out in Golborne last night, Saturday and residents are being warned to keep their windows closed.
A number of fire engines from Cheshire Fire and Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue were on the scene on High Street.
It is believed the fire involved pallets at an industrial estate.
Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service asked people living in the area to keep their doors and windows shut and also to avoid the area.
The large plume of smoke could be seen from across Warrington.
