THERE will be no Magic Weekend this year.
Super League have confirmed that the event has now been cancelled due to the ongoing coronavirus restrictions.
Originally scheduled to take place at St James' Park in Newcastle in May, Dacia Magic Weekend was postponed in April with the hope that it could be staged later in the year.
Super League have agreed in principle that next year’s Magic Weekend will take place at Newcastle United's home on May 29 and 30.
Tickets bought for this year will be valid for the 2021 event.
Should fans who have bought tickets already not be able to attend in 2021, then, as per the terms and conditions of sale, they will be entitled to a refund.
If tickets were bought directly directly via Super League/RFL, more details are available at superleague.co.uk/ticket-faq
Anyone who has bought Dacia Magic Weekend 2020 tickets through the St Helens club who do not wish to transfer their tickets over to next year's Magic Weekend and require a refund should contact info@saintsrlfc.com including your full name, address, number of tickets purchased and a photo/scan/screenshot of your receipt for proof of purchase.
