FIREFIGHTERS were called to a property garage which was on fire.
Crews arrived at the property on Queensway, Moss Bank at around 5pm on Thursday to find a detached garage well alight.
The flames had also spread to a fence and a shed of a property on Windermere Place.
Two fire engines attended the incident.
A Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "On arrival crews found a detached garage, approximately 3m x 5m on fire, as well as a 6m of fencing.
"The fire had also spread to the shed of a property on Windermere Place.
"Firefighters used two high pressure hose reel jets to extinguish the fire.
"Home fire safety checks were carried out at both properties.
"Crews left the scene at 5.32pm."
