A 40-YEAR-OLD man charged with possession of crack cocaine will appear in court.
Alan Hughes, of Lord Street, St Helens, was due to appear before Merseyside Magistrates' Court earlier this month.
Hughes is charged with having the Class A drug in his possession on May 1 of this year.
The case was adjourned due to the coronavirus pandemic. Hughes has been given unconditional bail until his next scheduled appearance on August 19.
